Our origins date back to the merger of the companies Grupo Guinovart and Obras y Servicios Hispania founded in 1948 and 1949, respectively. The company began working on the construction of all types of civil works and building works throughout Spain.

Railway works
Infrastructure and superstructure, including electrification and signalling, works on conventional lines, high-speed lines, metro and light rail. Our clients include the Ministry of Public Works, ADIF, FGC, ETS, TMB and Metro Madrid.
Servicios Ferroviarios
We are leaders in public railway maintenance services in Spain on both Iberian gauge and UIC gauge lines.
Gasoductos y oleoductos
Offering integral solutions to leading gas and oil companies authorised to transport and store oil products and natural gas in Spain. Our clients include Exolum (CLH), Repsol, Redexis, Enagás and Naturgy (Gas Natural).
We have also strengthened our international presence after opening a branch in Colombia in 2013 upon being awarded the Medellín Metro works.
